  • ToughONE™ Reinforced (Digitally Mixed With RGD531 Reinforcer)

Achieve High-Resolution and Precision

Leverage the full power of PolyJet technology for parts that are not only strong but also dimensionally accurate and detailed.

Compatible Systems: ToughONE™ is available for Stratasys J826™ Prime, J850™ Prime, J850™ Pro, and J835™ systems.

Ultra-Fine Layers: Achieve horizontal build layers down to 14 microns (0.00055 in.), depending on the selected print mode.

Enhanced Mechanical Properties with Post-Curing (ToughONE™ Pure)

The properties of ToughONE™ Pure can be significantly enhanced with a 12-hour post-cure at 45°C.

  • Tensile Strength: Increases from 38–42 MPa (out of printer) to 48–53 MPa (post-cure).
  • Flexural Strength: Increases from 55–64 MPa (out of printer) to 77–87 MPa (post-cure).
  • Heat Deflection (HDT @ 0.45 MPa): Rises from 47–50°C (out of printer) to 59–62°C (post-cure).
  • Elongation at Break: Remains excellent at 45–55% both out of the printer and after post-curing.

Maximize Strength with ToughONE™ Reinforced

For the most demanding functional prototypes, the Reinforced configuration offers superior mechanical performance, which is further improved with post-curing.

  • Superior Strength: Achieves a tensile strength of 60–65 MPa and a flexural strength of 83–91 MPa after a 12-hour post-cure at 80°C.
  • Higher Thermal Resistance: Reaches an HDT @ 0.45 MPa of 79–81°C after the 80°C post-cure.
  • Excellent Impact Resistance: Delivers a notched Izod impact of 90–110 J/m, consistent across all curing states.
