Can’t find your answer? Submit a support form.

Go to the password reset page and enter your email to receive a reset link. Check your spam folder. If nothing arrives within 10 minutes, contact support.

Sign in and visit the client dashboard. You can change your details anytime from your account settings page.

If you have an account, please log into the client dashboard and check that we have the correct email and preferences. If you don’t have an account or the details in your account are correct, report the issue here.

Go to our website support form, select Feature Request as the issue type, complete the details, and click submit.

Visit theD2Mco status page (opens in a new tab) to check for any disruptions. If all systems are green, the issue may be with your browser, device, or internet connection.

If you notice broken links, missing images, or anything behaving unexpectedly, please report the issue. Set the impact level to high and include the affected URL.

Submit a ticket here, select “Other” as the issue type, and set the impact level to High so we can process your request promptly.
