As the Gulf's rapidly expanding aerospace, automotive, and heavy machinery sectors demand faster quality control cycles, the ability to inspect large, complex parts directly on the assembly line is critical. The NimbleTrack Gen2 completely redefines this workflow by offering a highly compact, fully wireless 3D scanning system that requires zero cables and zero physical target markers.
True Wireless Freedom and Metrology Precision
Traditional 3D scanning often involves tethering the scanner to a powerful laptop and manually applying hundreds of adhesive tracking dots to the part being measured. The NimbleTrack Gen2 eliminates both.
Equipped with powerful on-board edge computing and a built-in battery supply, the system communicates wirelessly with its optical tracker. Utilizing advanced blue laser technology - including 54 blue cross lasers for ultra-fast capture and an extra deep-hole laser - the NimbleTrack Gen2 achieves a staggering system accuracy of up to 0.025 mm.

Alongside the NimbleTrack Gen2, theD2Mco is also rolling out the NimProbe - a compact optical probing system that combines wireless touch-probing and fast laser scanning into one flexible tool for inspecting hidden features and deep holes. The entire ecosystem is tied together by the new DefinSight Mobile App, which allows operators to view real-time scan data directly on their mobile devices using Augmented Reality (AR) support.
