2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you use the website on behalf of a company, government entity, institution, client, or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and to provide information on that organisation’s behalf.
Do not use the website if you do not agree to these Terms.
3. Business-use-only website
The website is intended for business, professional, institutional, and organisational users. It is not intended for consumers, children, or minors.
Our primary target markets are the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the GCC. The website may be accessible globally, but we do not actively target every jurisdiction. Enquiries from outside our active commercial focus, including from the EU, UK, US, or other regions, may be declined, handled directly, or referred to appropriate partners where suitable.
Our forms are intended for business email addresses. We may reject common personal email domains and may decline submissions that do not appear to relate to a legitimate business enquiry.
4. Website content is informational only
The website is provided for general business information. It may describe our business, capabilities, partner technologies, manufacturer products, resources, applications, industries, and potential manufacturing or advisory workflows.
Website content is not a binding offer, quotation, acceptance, representation, warranty, guarantee, or commitment to supply any product or service.
We may update, change, correct, suspend, withdraw, or remove website content at any time.
5. No professional, certification, regulatory, or safety advice
The website does not provide engineering advice, legal advice, regulatory advice, certification advice, export-control advice, defence-compliance advice, medical advice, safety advice, or any other professional advice.
Nothing on the website, and nothing arising from an initial upload review or website enquiry, should be treated as:
- engineering certification;
- manufacturability certification;
- design validation;
- regulatory approval;
- product suitability approval;
- safety certification;
- export-control clearance;
- ITAR/EAR assessment;
- defence compliance opinion;
- medical-device approval;
- aerospace approval;
- legal opinion; or
- technical sign-off.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional, legal, regulatory, engineering, safety, export-control, certification, and compliance advice before relying on any information for a regulated, safety-critical, defence, aerospace, medical, or other sensitive application.
6. Product, manufacturer, and application information
We act as a distributor/reseller and consultant/advisor. The website may include product, manufacturer, application, specification, compatibility, availability, certification, performance, lead-time, pricing, or resource information.
Product and manufacturer information may change. We use reasonable efforts to keep public information current, but we do not guarantee that website content is complete, current, final, available, accurate for your application, or suitable for your intended use.
Before relying on any product, application, specification, compatibility, certification, pricing, availability, or lead-time information, you must verify the relevant details with us in writing and, where appropriate, with the relevant manufacturer, certification body, regulator, or professional adviser.
7. Enquiries, quote requests, and written quotes
Website enquiries and quote requests are non-binding. They are requests for review, information, follow-up, or sales qualification only.
The website does not generate quotes automatically. Any quote must be issued in writing by our sales team or another authorised representative.
A written quote is valid only for the period stated in that quote. If a quote includes expiry terms, assumptions, exclusions, delivery conditions, currency terms, tax terms, manufacturer conditions, or other commercial terms, those quote terms apply to that quote.
Submitting an enquiry, quote request, consultation request, or upload does not require us to provide a quote, accept an order, reserve stock, supply a product, provide services, or enter into a contract.
We may request additional information before responding to a quote request, including end-user details, application details, quantity, location, intended use, compliance requirements, and other commercial or technical information.
8. No ecommerce, online payments, refunds, returns, or website warranties
The website does not sell products directly, accept payments, process online orders, generate invoices, provide checkout functionality, or create ecommerce transactions.
No payment, refund, return, delivery, warranty, support, maintenance, installation, or product-liability terms are provided through the website.
Any sale, resale, distribution, service engagement, support arrangement, warranty position, refund, return, delivery, installation, or maintenance obligation must be set out in a separate written quote, order, invoice, project agreement, manufacturer term, distribution/resale term, or other written agreement.
9. Technical uploads and part-review submissions
This clause applies when you upload or submit any file, drawing, CAD model, 3D model, scan, specification, manufacturing information, technical information, or related material through the website.
9.1 Intended scope of the public part-review workflow
The public part-review upload workflow is intended for ordinary business technical files and commercially sensitive information that you are authorised to share with us.
You must not use the public upload workflow for material that goes beyond commercially sensitive business information unless we have specifically agreed appropriate handling with you in writing before upload.
This includes classified material, export-controlled material, ITAR/EAR-controlled files, defence-sensitive files requiring special handling, medical or patient data, personal data embedded in CAD or technical files, highly confidential material, regulated-sector information requiring special controls, illegal material, infringing material, malicious material, malware, scripts, executables, HTML/SVG, unsafe content, or third-party confidential material submitted without authority.
If your file relates to defence, aerospace, medical, safety-critical, regulated, export-controlled, classified, or highly confidential work, contact us first and do not upload it until appropriate handling terms have been agreed in writing.
9.2 Purpose of upload
Uploading a file authorises us to conduct an initial quick view or review, understand your enquiry, arrange a meeting or follow-up discussion, and assess whether we may be able to support you.
Uploading a file does not create a manufacturing agreement, project agreement, certification, compliance opinion, regulatory approval, export-control clearance, engineering sign-off, NDA, confidentiality agreement, or obligation for either party to proceed.
9.3 Upload rights and authority
By submitting or uploading any file, drawing, model, specification, or technical information, you confirm that you have the right, authority, permission, and lawful basis to provide it to us and to allow us to review it for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
You also confirm that the upload does not breach any law, contract, confidentiality obligation, intellectual-property right, export-control rule, defence-control rule, employment obligation, customer obligation, government obligation, or third-party right.
9.4 Storage and upload mechanics
The upload process may use time-limited presigned URLs that allow your browser to upload file bytes directly to secure, encrypted private object storage. Our application and workflow systems may process metadata and signed URL data rather than the file bytes themselves.
Presigned URLs, object keys, upload IDs, ETags, and related access mechanisms are confidential technical access mechanisms. You must not share, publish, misuse, or attempt to manipulate them.
Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee perfect security.
9.5 No AI training
We do not use uploaded technical files for AI training.
9.6 No marketing or case-study use without approval
We do not use uploaded files, designs, customer identity, proprietary technical details, or project information for marketing, public case studies, social media, presentations, or promotional content unless you expressly approve that use in writing.
9.7 Retention and deletion
Uploaded files are normally retained for up to 7 days if no follow-up or continuing project occurs. If the enquiry becomes an active discussion, agreed review, quote, project, or written arrangement, related files and metadata may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to manage the relationship, comply with legal obligations, or protect our legitimate interests.
We may delete uploads earlier if they appear unlawful, unsafe, malicious, unauthorised, unsupported, outside scope, technically invalid, or inconsistent with these Terms.
10. Confidentiality and sensitive information
We treat client information carefully and sensitively. However, submitting an enquiry or uploading a file through the website does not create a formal NDA or special confidentiality arrangement.
Formal confidentiality obligations apply only where agreed in writing, such as through a non-disclosure agreement, project agreement, contract, or other written arrangement.
Do not submit material that goes beyond commercially sensitive business information through the website unless we have agreed appropriate handling with you in writing before submission.
11. User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate, complete, current, and authorised information;
- using a legitimate business email address;
- ensuring that you have permission to submit all information and files you provide;
- verifying product, technical, legal, regulatory, export-control, safety, and certification requirements before relying on any information;
- ensuring your submissions do not contain malware or unsafe content;
- ensuring your use of the website complies with applicable law; and
- keeping presigned URLs, upload references, object keys, and other technical access information confidential.
You must not impersonate another person or organisation, submit false or misleading information, or submit information on behalf of an organisation without authority.
12. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website. Prohibited conduct includes:
- using the website unlawfully;
- attempting unauthorised access;
- bypassing or attacking security controls;
- bypassing rate limits;
- scraping or harvesting content except where permitted by law;
- interfering with website operation;
- submitting malware or unsafe files;
- probing upload systems;
- reverse engineering technical access mechanisms;
- submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries;
- uploading content you do not have the right to provide;
- infringing intellectual-property rights;
- breaching confidentiality obligations;
- submitting controlled, restricted, or special-handling material without prior written arrangement; or
- using the website in a way that may harm us, our service providers, our partners, other users, or third parties.
13. Intellectual property
The website and its content are owned by us or our licensors. This includes website copy, design, structure, graphics, brand elements, logos, icons, images, videos, downloads, resources, documents, layouts, software elements, and other materials.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law, you must not copy, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, scrape, frame, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from website content without our prior written permission.
Nothing on the website grants you ownership of our intellectual property or the intellectual property of our licensors, manufacturers, partners, or service providers.
14. Uploaded files and technical information
You retain ownership of your uploaded files and technical information.
By submitting or uploading any file, drawing, model, specification, or technical information, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to access, review, store, transmit, reproduce internally, validate, scan, and use those materials only as reasonably necessary to assess your enquiry, arrange a discussion, provide a quote, or deliver services later agreed with you.
This limited licence does not transfer ownership of your uploaded files to us. It does not allow us to commercialise your uploaded designs as our own. It does not allow us to use your uploaded files for marketing or public case studies without your express written approval.
15. Resources and downloads
We may provide downloadable or gated resources such as guides, briefs, PDFs, technical materials, or business information.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may use downloaded resources internally for legitimate business purposes within your organisation. You must not sell, commercially redistribute, publish, modify, repackage, or present them as your own without our prior written permission.
Resources are provided for general business information only and are not professional advice, product guarantees, or technical certifications.
16. Non-identifying technical learnings
We may use non-identifying, aggregated, or general technical learnings from enquiries, provided this does not disclose your identity, your organisation’s identity, confidential information, uploaded files, designs, proprietary technical details, or project-specific information.
This clause does not give us ownership of your uploaded files or confidential technical information.
17. Third-party links, manufacturer information, and partner referrals
The website may include links to third-party websites, manufacturer information, partner materials, social media platforms, embedded services, or external resources.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, manufacturer sites, external resources, third-party content, third-party terms, or third-party privacy practices.
Manufacturer information may be subject to change without notice. You should verify relevant product, technical, certification, availability, warranty, compatibility, and application information with the manufacturer or with us in writing before relying on it.
Where appropriate, we may refer enquiries to partners. Any partner relationship, quote, supply, service, confidentiality, or contractual arrangement will be governed by the applicable partner terms or separate written agreement.
18. Website availability, changes, and interruptions
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from defects.
We may update, suspend, withdraw, restrict, or modify any part of the website at any time. We may also change website content, forms, accepted upload formats, resources, workflows, service providers, analytics tools, or technical controls.
We are not responsible for delays, failures, interruptions, or data loss caused by your device, browser, network, internet provider, security settings, file format, incorrect submission, third-party provider, hosting service, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
19. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant or guarantee that:
- website content is complete, accurate, current, final, or suitable for your intended use;
- product or manufacturer information is always current;
- products or services are available;
- any application is suitable, certifiable, compliant, safe, or manufacturable;
- any resource is complete or free from error;
- uploads will be successful or suitable for review;
- the website will be uninterrupted or secure; or
- any enquiry will result in a quote, meeting, project, order, supply, or commercial relationship.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
20. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or business-interruption loss arising from or relating to the website.
This includes loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, contract, goodwill, production time, anticipated savings, data, files, designs, use, business, or reputation, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, misrepresentation, or otherwise.
We are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on website content without written confirmation, your submission of inaccurate or unauthorised information, your upload of unlawful or restricted material, your failure to obtain professional advice, third-party websites, manufacturer changes, third-party service providers, internet or hosting failures, malware introduced by user submissions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These limitations apply only to website use and do not override any separate written agreement signed by us.
21. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from losses, claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to:
- your breach of these Terms;
- unlawful, unauthorised, false, misleading, unsafe, or infringing submissions;
- uploaded files that infringe intellectual-property rights;
- uploaded files that breach confidentiality obligations;
- export-control, defence-control, ITAR/EAR, sanctions, or regulated-sector violations caused by your submission;
- malware or unsafe content submitted by you;
- misuse of the website;
- unauthorised use of presigned URLs, object keys, or upload mechanisms; or
- your submission of information or files without the necessary authority, permission, or lawful basis.
22. Right to reject enquiries, uploads, quote requests, or users
We may reject, decline, delete, or refuse to process any enquiry, quote request, consultation request, resource request, upload, file, submission, or user interaction at our discretion.
Reasons may include incomplete information, unsupported file types, suspected misuse, security concerns, export-control or regulated-sector concerns, unlawful content, suspicious behaviour, lack of authority, personal email use, conflict concerns, geographic or commercial suitability, manufacturer limitations, or inconsistency with these Terms.
We are not required to provide reasons for rejection where doing so would create legal, security, commercial, confidentiality, or operational risk.
23. Privacy
Our processing of personal data through the website is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, submitting forms, requesting resources, or uploading files, you acknowledge that personal data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
25. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
This does not prevent us from seeking urgent injunctive, protective, or interim relief in another competent court where necessary to protect confidential information, intellectual property, systems, data, or legal rights.
If a separate written agreement signed by us contains a different governing law or dispute-resolution clause, that separate written agreement will apply to the matters covered by it.
