Stratasys Expands Hardware, Software, and Materials Platform for Industrial AM
[Dubai, UAE] - For Immediate Release
Stratasys has announced new materials and software updates across FDM®, PolyJet™, P3™ DLP, SLA, and GrabCAD Print Pro™ to expand additive manufacturing applications on existing platforms.
DUBAI, UAE - 07.04.2026 - The Design to Manufacturing Co. (D2M) today highlighted Stratasys’ latest hardware, software, and materials platform updates for manufacturers in the Middle East evaluating additive manufacturing for tooling, prototyping, production support, and industrial workflow improvement.
According to the source announcement, Stratasys introduced new software and materials intended to expand applications of existing systems and improve ease of use for customers. The announcement includes ULTEM™ 1010 filament for the F3300® printer, PolyJet ToughONE™ White for Stratasys J3/J5™ printers, and Measurement-Based Warped Adaptive Modeling software in GrabCAD Print Pro™.
FDM Materials for High-Temperature Applications
Stratasys says ULTEM™ 1010 resin is now available as filament for the F3300 printer. The supplier positions it for high-temperature, aerospace-grade parts and composite tooling, citing heat resistance and the lowest coefficient of thermal expansion in the FDM technology portfolio.
The source also states that larger ULTEM 1010 filament spool sizes are planned for summer availability through the Fortus FDC™ filament dryer. Compatibility is listed for the F900® and Fortus® 450mc™ Gen III printers, supporting longer production runs with integrated material drying.
Photocurable Materials for Engineering and Regulated Environments
The announcement names several photocurable materials for Origin, PolyJet, and SLA workflows:
- P3™ Deflect™ 110 resin for Origin printers, positioned for production parts exposed to elevated temperatures and mechanical loads, including automotive connectors, brackets, jigs, fixtures, and demanding engineering applications.
- Loctite® 3D IND3785 Low Migration for Origin® printers, described by the source as addressing FDA- and EU-compliant small-batch production needs in food and pharmaceutical environments.
- PolyJet ToughONE White on J3 and J5 systems, intended for durable prototypes that can withstand snapping, flexing, and repeated testing.
- PolyJet ToughONE Black, adding visual contrast with toughness and dimensional stability for functional demonstrations, application testing, and design reviews.
- Somos® WaterShed® White for SLA, a durable, moisture-resistant material validated for all Neo® printers, including the large-format Neo800+™.
GrabCAD Print Pro WAM Update
Stratasys also announced Measurement-Based WAM™ Warped Adaptive Modeling integrated into GrabCAD Print Pro for the Origin P3 platform. According to the source, the software uses measured dimension data to correct warping and support more accurate production of complex parts such as electrical connectors, precision jigs, and industrial fixtures.
Relevance for GCC Manufacturers
For manufacturers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC, the significance is the breadth of application coverage. These updates may support composite tooling, high-temperature parts, functional prototypes, industrial fixtures, design validation, and small-batch regulated-environment production planning, depending on the application and approval requirements.
D2M helps regional teams assess which Stratasys platform, material, and software route fits the intended use, what testing or documentation is required, and how new materials or software updates should be introduced into controlled production, prototyping, or tooling workflows.
