The Design to Manufacturing Co. Introduces High-Speed Automotive Tooling to the GCC with Stratasys T25 Print Head

New high-speed print head allows regional automotive and industrial manufacturers to bypass traditional CNC bottlenecks and produce large-scale tooling in-house at a fraction of the cost.

DUBAI, UAE – 20.02.2026 – The Design to Manufacturing Co. (theD2Mco), the region’s premier Platinum Stratasys Partner, today announced the availability of the new T25 High Speed Head for the large-format Stratasys F770™ 3D printer. This upgrade is set to dramatically accelerate production for automotive and heavy industrial manufacturers across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

To demonstrate the impact of this new technology, Stratasys recently released a comprehensive case study detailing its adoption by Subaru of America, Inc. By implementing the T25 High Speed Head for their in-house accessory and installation tooling, Subaru achieved transformative operational results:

  • A more than 50% reduction in tooling development time.
  • A 70% reduction in overall prototyping and tooling costs.
  • Large 36-inch tools printed nearly twice as fast (1.96x increase) compared to standard print heads.

Bringing Global Automotive Standards to the Middle East

For manufacturers in the GCC, traditional tooling methods often require outsourcing, leading to long lead times of eight to twelve weeks and high CNC machining costs. The availability of the T25 High Speed Head locally means regional facilities can now replicate Subaru's success.
