Flagship wireless 3D scanner with ultra-high accuracy, multiple scan modes and fully portable metrology-grade performance.

The Scanology KSCAN-E represents the next generation of portable industrial 3D scanning, delivering wireless freedom, specified accuracy and documented versatility in a single all-in-one system. Designed for demanding inspection, engineering and manufacturing environments, it combines advanced laser technology, intelligent computing and adaptive photogrammetry to deliver fast, reliable, metrology-grade 3D data wherever it’s needed.
With fully wireless operation, a built-in computing module and high-speed data transfer, the KSCAN-E eliminates the limitations of traditional tethered systems. Its lightweight ergonomic design ensures comfortable long-duration use, while its rapid processing and intelligent scanning modes enable engineers and inspectors to capture complex parts, fine details and large surfaces with complete confidence.
KSCAN-E operates entirely wire-free, supported by dual hot-swappable batteries and onboard processing. This allows true mobility on the shop floor, in fabrication environments, onsite at customer facilities, or in tight and elevated spaces where cables are restrictive. Operators gain full freedom of movement without sacrificing precision or performance.
Equipped with quad-cross blue laser technology and a high-speed capture engine, KSCAN-E records millions of measurements per second with sharp, clean data output. Its industrial-grade imaging and enhanced algorithms produce detailed point clouds that support inspection, reverse engineering, quality control and product development workflows with metrology-level accuracy.
From complex surface geometry to deep holes and tight internal features, KSCAN-E adapts instantly to the task with six specialised scanning modes. Fast-capture modes cover large areas quickly, while hyperfine modes deliver specified detail for intricate surfaces, sharp edges and fine tolerances. Deep-hole scanning ensures complete datasets even in challenging recesses and cavities.
Built-in adaptive photogrammetry strengthens volumetric accuracy and stability across medium and large components. By reducing cumulative error over distance, it ensures dimensional reliability even on larger assemblies, tooling surfaces or structural parts. Infrared wide-area scanning further extends the working range and improves coverage efficiency.
KSCAN-E features a user-friendly workflow with quick calibration, touchscreen communication, real-time feedback and programmable controls. Operators can scan without a PC and switch defined between scanning modes, making the system ideal for both rapid tasks and detailed engineering-grade metrology work.
