The NimbleTrack-CR is designed to offer metrology-grade 3D scanning in a portable, fully wireless package. Combining a lightweight scanner with an optical tracker and onboard computing, it delivers high-resolution, accurate 3D capture without the need for cables or external power - suitable for on-site inspection, workshop floors, reverse engineering or heritage-grade digitisation.
NimbleTrack-CR supports several scan modes to match diverse scanning needs: ultra-fast scanning, hyperfine scanning for detailed geometry, and deep-hole scanning for internal features and cavities. This flexibility ensures reliable scans on complex surfaces - from cast parts and tooling to molded components, ceramics, and delicate artifacts.
The i-Scanner weighs approximately 1.4 kg (with battery/wireless module), and the i-Tracker is compact and rugged - making the system easy to move, deploy, and operate even in tight production areas or field environments. The scanner supports wireless operation over Wi-Fi 6 (802.11a/b/g/n/ac), enabling real-time data capture without cable restrictions.
