At only 600g and measuring 203 × 80 × 44mm, SIMSCAN-E is designed for effortless one-handed use. Its wireless data transfer and onboard processing remove cable restrictions, while dual hot-swappable batteries enable uninterrupted operation. A detachable charging base allows quick switching between wireless and wired setups depending on the environment.
SIMSCAN-E’s advanced algorithm delivers a remarkable 6.3 million measurements per second. With 81 blue laser lines and a high frame rate of 180 FPS, users can scan efficiently with smooth, consistent data capture - ideal for fast inspection cycles, production tasks and high-detail digitisation.
Featuring application-specific components, precision cameras and enhancements such as sub-pixel feature extraction, SIMSCAN-E achieves measurement accuracy up to 0.02mm. It produces sharp, complete datasets suitable for engineering analysis, dimensional inspection, CAD reconstruction and product development.
