As a light-curable resin, it enables accurate, full-color printing in a single, monolithic build process. This capability is its key differentiator, significantly reducing manual labor and post-processing while delivering lifelike aesthetics and reliable clinical performance.

Performance and Aesthetics

Engineered for customizable gum and tooth shades, TrueDent™ Resin produces dental appliances that closely replicate natural oral anatomy. The material delivers high flexural strength (≥85 MPa) and is wear-resistant, ensuring appliances are durable and comfortable for patients. Its biocompatibility and FDA Class II clearance ensure safety for intraoral use in removable dentures and temporary restorations.

Design and Processing

TrueDent™ Resin streamlines production by enabling the simultaneous printing of both denture bases and teeth, eliminating manual assembly and reducing turnaround times. This efficient workflow is ideal for dental labs seeking to improve productivity and consistency. The material is designed for use on the Stratasys J5 DentaJet series printers and utilizes TDS100 as a compatible support material.
