A flexible, rubber-like PolyJet material for creating durable, tear-resistant, and full-color prototypes with an exceptionally smooth surface finish.

Agilus30 is a specified PolyJet material engineered to produce flexible, durable parts that accurately replicate rubber-like properties. Using Stratasys PolyJet technology, it cures liquid photopolymers layer-by-layer to create highly detailed models. The key differentiator for the Agilus30 family is its unique combination of softness (Shore A 30), superior tear resistance, and the capability to be printed in full, vibrant color, enabling the creation of exceptionally realistic tactile prototypes.
Designed to withstand repeated flexing, bending, and stress, Agilus30 offers excellent elongation at break and durability. This makes it ideal for functional testing of parts like seals, living hinges, and flexible housings that demand both strength and elasticity. The material’s ability to be combined with other PolyJet materials allows for precise control over shore values, enabling the simulation of various rubber and silicone textures for ultra-realistic prototypes that accurately represent final product design intent.
Agilus30 is compatible with Stratasys J-series and Connex-series PolyJet 3D printers. It can be printed in layer thicknesses down to 14 microns, supporting fine feature detail and a specified surface finish that minimizes the need for post-processing. The material is compatible with both SUP705 (WaterJet removable) and SUP706B (soluble) support materials, offering flexibility in part processing and geometry creation.
Agilus30 is positioned for advanced design verification and colorful rapid prototyping. It support designers and engineers to move beyond simple visual models to create functional, tactile prototypes that can be handled and tested. This accelerates the design validation process by providing accurate, real-world feedback on the ergonomics, feel, and flexibility of components before committing to expensive production tooling.
