Antero™ 800NA is a PEKK-based FDM thermoplastic designed for applications where high temperatures, aggressive chemicals, and strict material performance requirements are the norm. Its mechanical strength, toughness, and heat resistance make it suitable for end-use parts operating in extreme conditions.
This material offers excellent resistance to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids, and other industrial chemicals. Its ultra-low outgassing characteristics make it particularly well suited for aerospace and space applications where material emissions must be tightly controlled.
By using FDM technology, Antero™ 800NA allows engineers to create complex geometries that are difficult or impractical to machine from bulk PEKK. Additive manufacturing reduces material waste, shortens lead times, and lowers overall production costs compared to subtractive processes.
