Antero™ 840CN03 is a PEKK-based FDM thermoplastic engineered for applications where electrostatic discharge control, mechanical strength, and environmental resistance are critical. It combines the inherent performance of PEKK with consistent ESD properties, enabling reliable use in sensitive electronic and aerospace systems.
This material offers excellent mechanical performance, toughness, and wear resistance, along with strong resistance to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids, and industrial chemicals. Its ability to maintain performance at elevated temperatures makes it suitable for demanding production and tooling applications.
Antero™ 840CN03 exhibits ultra-low outgassing characteristics, supporting use in aerospace and space environments where material emissions must be tightly controlled. This makes it well suited for avionics housings, spacecraft components, and other controlled assemblies.
By leveraging FDM technology, Antero™ 840CN03 enables complex, lightweight geometries that are difficult or impractical to machine from bulk PEKK.
